Plantarse is a personal work that I developed for the Mazoka festival, in which 40 illustrators were chosen out of more than 260 applications. Online market, in-person activities and a wonderful exhibition completed the Mazoka program.
MY WORK
Plantarse is a polysemic word that embraces the concepts of planting oneself (in the soil, for blooming) and of standing-once-and-for-all. I firstly created the piece and then made it printable by photographying it. Not just for the exhibition, but also to be sold as a print.
